Alfred (Fredy) Wolfinger
Chief Executive Officer
Fredy Wolfinger has worked in private banking and asset management since 1977, at VP Bank in Vaduz, UBS in Geneva and Vontobel in Zurich, with training periods in New York and London. Before joining Maiestas in 2002 he spent seventeen years at VP Bank, the last nine as Head of Private Clients Domestic and International. Since 2008 he has chaired the Association of Independent Asset Managers in Liechtenstein (VUVL). He is a graduate in business management of the HWV St. Gallen and of the Swiss Banking School.
Christian Reinhardt
Head Entrepreneurs & Executives Desk
Christian Reinhardt has more than fifteen years of experience in private banking with a focus on entrepreneurs and executives, at Credit Suisse, where he co-led the Entrepreneurs & Executives desk in Zurich, at Julius Baer in international private banking and most recently as chief executive of a FINMA-licensed Swiss asset manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science of the École hôtelière de Lausanne and is a Certified Wealth Management Advisor.

Fabrice Tischhauser, CFA

Fabrice Tischhauser has more than thirty years of experience in regulated asset management, private banking, credit advisory and quantitative strategies. He worked at Allianz in Munich, LGT in Vaduz, Deutsche Bank and Coutts in Zurich before leading a Swiss asset manager for quantitative strategies. Owner and Chairman of the Maiestas Group since 2023, he is responsible for the investment policy, the strategies and the research of Maiestas Asset Management. He holds the CFA charter and a bilingual master's degree from ESC Bordeaux and FH Münster, and is a founding member of the Liechtenstein Society of Investment Professionals.
Pierre Renom de la Baume
Member of the Supervisory Board
Pierre Renom de la Baume began his career in capital markets and group treasury with a leasing group and as partner of an advisory boutique, before advising families and companies independently. From 2019 to 2022 he was principal of a single family office in Cyprus, and from 2022 to 2026 a member of the supervisory board of 5SKYE BV, a technology company in the Netherlands. He is a member of the boards of Maiestas AG and Maiestas Asset Management AG. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University.
