Maiestas Asset Management AG
Maiestas Asset Management AG manages the wealth of private clients, families and entrepreneurs from Vaduz. The company was established in 2000 and has been licensed and supervised by the FMA Liechtenstein as an asset management company since 2006. It is a member of the Association of Independent Asset Managers in Liechtenstein (VUVL).

Your assets remain in your name at the custodian bank of your choice. We manage them under a written investment policy agreed with you, and we report to you on all of them together, across banks, vehicles and currencies.
HOW WE BUILD PORTFOLIOS

Every portfolio has a core and satellites. The core carries the risk profile: bonds, held directly or through defined-maturity bond ETFs and laddered by maturity in your currencies, and equities, selected by our in-house research or through MERIT (Maiestas Equity — Real-value & Intrinsic Trend), our rules-based equity approach. Satellites complete the portfolio: traditionally gold, today also dedicated sub-strategies through our actively managed certificates and AUGUR (Adaptive Uncorrelated Gold & US-Rates), our beta-neutral strategy in Treasury and gold futures.

HOW WE WORK

Separation of custody and management. The bank holds, we manage. We act only within the power of attorney you grant us.

One investment policy per mandate, in writing. Objectives, restrictions and reporting are agreed before the first trade.

Rules over opinions. Our systematic strategies are rules-based and documented; discretionary selections pass the Investment Committee. Judgement is exercised in advance and in writing, not at the point of trading.

Fees you can read. A tiered fee on assets, depending on the type of mandate, with or without a performance component. No retrocessions. Bank fees remain separate and visible.
